Reno Air Logistic Park
Two buildings and a phase-two mass grade. Cut and fill through hillside ground, deep wet-utility trench, joint trench and conduit, then finish grade and paving — all self-performed.
Every job below was self-performed with our own crews and our own equipment. Where a client permitted us to name them, we have.

Mass excavation, the arena utility loop and the parking structure site package for a 10,000-seat venue, worked alongside a live resort operation.
Storm-damaged park infrastructure, an ADA-accessible parking kiosk and a public amphitheater. The City asked us to preserve historic masonry walls built in the 1930s with no engineered foundation — we worked with the engineer to build new footings and save as much original wall as possible.
Site package for a large distribution facility in the North Valleys.
Site work through to closeout on a national distribution build.
Multiple phases of subdivision site work across The Lakes, Sky Vista and Vista Ridge, plus Eagle Chase Trail currently under way.
Site work and utilities for a new-build hotel.
Site and utility work across Plant 1, Fontana Plant F13 and Plant M12 for the San Gabriel Valley Water Company.
Site package for a Washoe County school project.
A self-storage facility and a Catholic church, both site packages.
Two industrial buildings currently under construction in the North Valleys.
No projects in that sector yet.
Southern California projects from earlier in the company’s history, in the words we used at the time.
657 scrapers taking down a 50-foot slope. We identified engineering errors before they hit the budget, and extracted clean on-site sand for use under the building slab.
Mass and finish grading to railroad tolerances, plus paving, on-site concrete and slope stabilization with geofabric.
Deep-ripped bedrock with large track dozers instead of drilling and blasting, and hammered blue granite for a retaining wall footing beside a standing tilt-up.
A permit conflict threatened the start date. Because we own our equipment and lowbeds, we mobilized within 24 hours of the call.
